With over 24 years of executive support experience in New Zealand and London, I am the founder of OnPoint Executive Virtual Assistant—a service dedicated to providing expert support for dance studios. My background spans project management, event coordination, business process optimisation, and high-level administrative assistance, all tailored to streamline your operations and give you the freedom to focus on what you love most.

What sets me apart is my deep connection to the dance world. Starting at age 5 with RAD ballet, I built a foundation that led to American jazz, tap dance, and ultimately becoming a New Zealand Ballroom Dancing Champion, representing the country on the international stage. My journey continued into musical theatre, where I toured the UK with the Olivier Award-winning original cast of Top Hat, working backstage to support the stars of the show. Now back in New Zealand, I stay actively involved in the performing arts community.This unique combination of business expertise and first-hand dance experience means I understand the challenges of running a studio.
